Privacy: Illume Design will not give out any information provided by you, under any circumstances. We will never give, sell, or otherwise provide your personal information to anyone unless we are legally required to do so.
Copyright: All product designs and information are the sole property of Illume Design. Reproducing and/or copying any designs and information from this site without written permission from Illume Design is a violation of copyright laws. Illume Design holds ownership and copyright of all designs whether custom or existing. Illume Design reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future themes and layouts. All stationery pieces will include a very small copyright credit ‘©www.illumedesign.com.au’ printed on the item. The credit is positioned not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery.
Colour: Colour on screen may differ slightly from printed colours. If you are unsure of a colour, the best way to view our products is by ordering a sample. lllume Design accepts no responsibility for very slight differences in printed colours.
Proofs: When we receive your order, we will organise a PDF proof that will be sent to for checking via email within 5 working days. Please review this PDF proof of your product carefully, checking that all the details are correct and letting us know promptly of any changes you may require. When we have received your approval for print with any modifications that may have been added and checked, we will proceed to print your stationery. Your order WILL NOT GO to print unless your PDF proof has been approved by yourself, even if it requires no changes. Illume Design accepts no responsibility for errors once your proof has been approved.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST. Please contact us for pricing regarding international orders.
Price Changes: Illume Design reserves the right to alter prices for any products at any time.
Delivery: All orders will be delivered to your nominated address by Registered Post where your signature will be required to confirm that you have received your order. If no one is home at time of delivery you will be left with a card, advising you that your order can be picked up from the nearest post office. If you know you will not be home at time of delivery it is advised to provide a work address. Please allow 10-20 working days, from the day you approve your PDF proof. If you need your products earlier please contact us for any other specific arrangements. Should you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us on info@illumedesign.com.au. Please contact us for delivery cost for international orders.
Delivery Charges: Delivery is free any where in Australia. If you order samples, however a minimum purchase of $10.00 is required. Please contact us for delivery cost for international orders.
Damaged Stock: If the products you ordered arrive to you damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us and advise us of the damage before returning stock.
Refunds and Exchanges: Given the nature of our product, which is personalised and/or customised, refunds cannot be offered. For all orders, we will email you a final PDF proof for you to approve, before we print your stationery. If we have made an unlikely error with your order, we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost. Errors made by the customer that require re-printing of stationery will be processed and re-printed with a 20% reduction to the original cost.
Payment: We accept visa, mastercard, cheques, money order, or direct deposit. All orders will not be processed until a full payment is received.
Minimum Order Quantity: Due to the amount of time involved in personalising stationery, there is a minimum order quantity of 10. However a minimum purchase of $20.00 is required (This excludes samples).
Supplied Images: If your design includes a photo, we will need an image that is no larger than 2MB and no smaller than 300KB. If you only have a hard copy this can be posted to us, it will then be returned with your order. Illume Design will not be liable for photographs or disks lost in the mail. Illume Design reserves the right to refuse to use images that are not of suitable quality or that are offensive in nature.
Supplied Professional Images: To use any images taken by a professional photographer/s you must obtain their permission first before supplying the image to Illume Design for use in the creation of your stationery. By supplying images to Illume Design you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Illume Design, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copywritten photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos. Illume Design reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone else’s copyright. |
